Meet John Dotson

Red Beard Remodels, LLC is an owner-led residential remodeling company in Fort Worth, Texas. It was founded in 2015 by John Dotson, a Fort Worth native and former firefighter, and has been remodeling homes across Fort Worth and Tarrant County for 11 years.

A Fort Worth native

John has called Fort Worth home for 47 years. He grew up in the historic Ryan Place neighborhood, a few blocks from TCU, and served the community as a firefighter before turning a lifelong talent for building and fixing things into Red Beard Remodels.

Today he is married with two children, and he brings the same care to every client's home that he brings to his own.

• He photographs every phase, including what ends up behind walls, under floors and above ceilings, and gives you those photos when the job is done.
• He gives you a realistic schedule before work begins, and the date he gives you is the date he works toward.
