Recessed lighting, fixtures, switches, outlets and dedicated circuits. Licensed electrician on every job.
Sinks, faucets, supply lines, drains and gas connections. Licensed plumber handles every connection.

Our Process
John walks through every room, takes measurements, discusses priorities and talks through the realistic scope and timeline for your project.
You receive a comprehensive, line-item estimate broken down by room and by trade. We review it together so every dollar is accounted for.
The project is sequenced so trades flow without overlap or delay. Demo, rough-in, drywall, finish work, paint — each phase is completed before the next begins.
We walk every room together with a punch list. Nothing is called done until you are satisfied. One-year warranty on all work performed with materials we supply.

Flooring, Carpentry & Millwork
Beyond kitchens and baths, we handle flooring (hardwood refinishing, luxury vinyl plank and tile), finish carpentry, custom built-ins, trim and millwork, doors, fireplaces, drywall and paint. Plumbing and electrical work is completed by our licensed trade partners, coordinated by us from start to finish.
